Investigative Journalist: Seeking Public Office to Expose the TI Holocaust Investigative Journalist: Following my leaving the FBI as a disabled American resulting from two traumas incurred in the line of duty, for ten years I have been subjected to a clandestine neutralization campaign affected in political retribution. The tactics, techniques and technologies employed against me are sourced from the four principle components that comprise the CIA Torture Matrix in conjuncture with the illegal fractionalizing methods of COINTELPRO operations. Compounding all of that, my covert security clearance was outed multiple times to serve as the “deep state’s” passive sanction for my assignation like too many others; e.g., Dr. Frank Olson, CIA-MK-ULTRA, Fort Detrick, MD; Vincent Foster, Clinton White House Deputy Counsel; CIA Chief William Egan Colby replaced at the CIA by George H.W. Bush; Gary Webb, journalist, discovers CIA connection to Los Angeles drug dealers, ruled a suicide with “two” gunshot wounds to the head; Dr. Bruce E. Ivins, Postal Anthrax, Fort Detrick, MD; and Michael Connell, Karl Rove’s Republican IT Specialist dies in private plane crash three days before testifying in court regarding “Middleman Black-box” election fraud during both the 2000 and 2004 U.S. Presidential Elections; et al. The Bush Whitehouse telephonically contacted me and threatened that people in very high places were afraid to death that I would destroy their black projects if exposed and that if I published my book the government would “invent” a criminal charge against me. Actively I am seeking the reopening of a 3rd COINTELPRO investigation [COINTELPRO 1956 into INFRAGARD 1996] with the appointment of a Special Independent Counsel with subpoena powers for obtaining classified documents demonstrating specific federal agency culpability and their use of Direct Energy Weapons [DEWs] aka Enhanced Radiation Weapons [ERWs] on innocent human beings. Over the past two years I discovered the Targeted Individual Community [TIs] and have communicated with other torture victims, targeted individuals and involuntary human test animals who are often all one in the same – there remains an unseen holocaust occurring in America, Canada and globally that is systemically committing mass genocide for the purposes of corporatism. Human beings are not a commodity for these slaughterhouses. A number of these men and women have experienced unwanted sexual abuse, rape, kidnapping or were trafficked into prostitution. One female TI was government whistle-blower and witness. She raised objections concerning Senator Chris Dodd and his father money laundering government funds through quasi federal loan institutions. This resulted in her being kidnapped, raped 24 hours, hung by the neck and thought left for dead, and her awakening the next morning in a pool of her own blood and feces with her internal sexual organs exposed. She survived and required several reconstructive surgeries. As a CIA MK-ULTRA survivor, another TI and torture victim was trafficked through pedophilia sex ring operated by her famous television parents and frequently sold-off to high ranking members of the Republican Party who sexually molested her as a child. There are over 80+ case files in my possession of specific and randomly targeted individuals who were sanctioned as involuntary human test animals during the 2nd leg of CIA MK-ULTRA and the subsequent black projects that followed. With limited success I have posted advertisements on CraigsList to try and locate other targeted individuals and MK-ULTRA survivors. Locally to Oregon, Congressman David Wu and Senator Ron Wyden and in fact the entire U.S. Government has been kept informed about these ongoing atrocities and do nothing because the majority of these corporate puppets are bought off. For that reason and not being affiliated with any political party, I am seeking the nomination of one of Oregon’s minor parties to runs against David Wu for the 1st Congressional District in Oregon for the 2010 Election.
