You'll believe the ulterior motive is far worse than the alliance bait.

Wow each and every wave in change has a sig-nature, a cosign, an effect, even if it never travels further than the beach. It has nothing to do with sensitivity tools. It has to do with it's changes origin. Then hopefully you've data-mined it's previous activity and allowed for extenuating circumstances. Know consequential results with scripted outcomes.
