Before a Black Hole is formed by the collapse of a heavier than normal star, into it's own mass, footprint. A Parallel to the next empty space is prepared by Dark Matter. Like formatting a hard drive on a computer Dark Matter formats and prepares the void for data/ethereal stardust. Then a White Hole appears carrying the stream of matter that will upon it's entry into a complete vacuum void burst in every direction and will dilate at the least a couple of times before expanding to be later quelled the dynamic mass relief of another Black Hole to displace the pressure of mass accumulated.
