Just last night at the gym I got to listen to wonderful Department of Justice Agents talking about the raping of children. Maybe after it really happens Eric Holder will get off his sorry ass, but I doubt it.

I was a Criminal Investigator for 5 years for the United States Army (MPI). I attended the CID
school where I graduated #1. If you find my website you can find my old crime scene tests etc.
I was trained obviously in federal surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques including
those used to protect the President of the United States of America. I participated in and
conducted protective duties of Senators and Congressmen, etc.

In addition I served an additional 3 years as a regular military policeman. For my work as a
detective I received 3 medals and over 20 commendations and letters of achievements.
During my time in the military I was accepted into Special Forces school, attended Airborne and
Medical School Training where I graduated in the top 5% of my class, and served a period of
time in the 82nd Airborne Division.

In 1990, I left the military and in 1991 joined the Houston Police Department where I was a city
street patrol officer for five years in the 5th Ward home of the recording artists the Ghetto Boys
among others.

While attending criminal investigation school I was trained obviously in federal surveillance and
counter-surveillance techniques including those used to protect the President of the United
States. You can again find related confirming documents on my web-pages. During my time
as a detective I utilized some of these methods at various times to protect visiting visiting
dignitaries such as Congressmen and Senators.

It was never my intention to divulge secrets that are important to this Country or any other
police organization, in fact a-lot of these methods were used on me personally when I was a
police officer for the City of Houston. In fact the FBI or Secret-Service attacked me in the same
manner and the only thing I ever did was report them, however almost 15 years later this same
agent from Houston (he made it perfectly clear who he was) decided to come after my 13 year
old straight A daughter after stalking her in her high school for who knows how long, she then
was enticed or setup for God knows what crime and then threatened with arrest and then her
as well as her mother (A PHD actual “rocket scientist) were sworn to silence under penalty of
federal law, at which point this idiot “federal agent” decided that it was proper to text and call my
daughter at all hours to find out where I was going, etc, etc. Just an absolute moron this guy,
took me all of about 5 minutes to figure out his horseshit.

You can read a lawsuit I filed against these people for additional details, etc, but this paper is to
provide useful relevant information to anyone who family, especially their child who may be
approached by one of these “agents” for “special handling and treatment”. You need to talk to
your wife, child, or husband and discuss this with them, because once they are approached
and sworn to silence they are in the hands of the evil that has wrought Guantanamo Bay upon
women and children as well.

I reported all of this information to the FBI, the Justice Department, and the Justice
Department’s own Office of Professional Responsibility, and they cry now and then about
National Security and some other such nonsense, but are too stupid to actually leave me or my
now former family alone, so this is my permanent gift to these losers.

By my conservative effort, by the amount of agents, vehicles, homes, etc, these people have
spent at least 45 million dollars of your dollars following me with no real purpose except to solve
a vendetta of one sorry agent. I hope it was worth it.

Probably the funniest part of this is while these idiots were busy texting my wife and daughter
with their next brainstorm, I sat down in my basement and shredded every single personal
document I had ever collected in digital form ever. Anything one of these idiots would give
10 million dollars to get his hands on because they are not actually conducting a legitimate
investigation Per sae, so they didn’t actually have anything like warrants, hence the need for
secrecy. So while they were texting, I was shredding. Every single document. Every paper I
ever wrote, for school, love letters to my wife, etc, every single thing. I left these idiots nothing to
point to and gloat over and laugh, absolutely nothing and I think its damn hilarious. While they
thought I was vacuuming for 8 hours, I was simply going through all my personal papers. Took
these idiots 30 millions dollars just to figure that out. Idiots.

I have tried to break the surveillance and the conduct of these agents down into categories as
well as possible. This is not an all inclusive list, just things that come to mind. Frankly I have
spent probably over the last 2 years of my life maybe a total of 72 hours thinking about them
and this. And I’ve spent maybe $500.00 of my own money reporting them to various agencies.
Compare that to 45 million dollars and how many hundreds of agents and the McDonald rejects
acting at their direction.

Women:
If you are a male and under this type of surveillance then you are going to have serious.
problems. For reasons I have never been able to fully comprehend, the agents I have dealt
with now and in the past are deathly afraid of women. They can and will covertly and
overtly act as a giant cock block. First off I want to state that I have nothing against a
.persons sexual orientation. Now to continue. Not only are these agents deathly afraid of
.women, I suspect that a great many of them are themselves closet homosexuals. The only
reason I state this is because they will spend an inordinate amount of time trying to “set
you up” with men and a-lot to of them are so good at playing “queer” that I don’t think its a
coincidence.

Anyway as an aside this agent is actually terrified of me having an actual adult female
girlfriend because then he would have to put 88% of his homosexual agents on hiatus and
send all his extras teenage children back to school where they might actually learn
something besides how to be totally useless obnoxious assholes at the hands of a mentally
ill agent.

I also note now that in the last 2 years these homosexual agents love to hang out at the gym.
They take the pass cards to the lockers and then take a majority of the keys and then when you
come out of the shower, lo and behold there’s a naked homosexual FBI agent standing next to
you glaring at your cock and balls. Lol. I wish I was lying. Within a week of me going to a certain
gym the agents had taken each shower curtain and torn holes in them so they could watch on
their camera in the shower if you were interested in their homosexuals (again I apologize). You
cannot make this shit up. The best thing you can do is ignore their antics and pretend you don’t
notice them, this drives them up a wall and causes them to spend 30 more million dollars and
stalk your child and wife. Lol...Seriously.

Security Clearances:
I had a Top-Secret Clearance with a CI. Again this deals with homosexuality, apparently by
my arrest of the agent-in-charge of this goat fuck he decided among others to interview all my
kindergarten pals all the way through 4th grade. He then found one buddy who said that we
had homosexual inclinations so now everytime I have applied for a federal government job
and there have been half a dozen or so where I have had almost perfect scores where I’ll be
damned if I don’t take my daughter fishing and a homosexual FBI appears like magic and wants
to fish with me and my daughter, everyday for weeks. When we got in our boat and left this
loser on the dock we were out fishing and look over our shoulder and here comes the “queer”
FBI agent swimming next to our boat. LOL, try and make that up. Apparently whether you are a
homosexual is of great interest to the hard working FBI agents or more likely for their blackmail
file to justify the 40 million dollars they’ve just spent stalking you.

Apartments:
Once you are of special interest to the FBI or the Secret Service you can be sure that they
always want to be close to you. If you live in an apartment then the agents will attempt to
vacate any adjacent apartment next to you. Often neighbors will move in the space of an
hour. Once the agent is in place next to your place, not only does he have easy access to
your home when you are not there, he can also monitor any phone or other conversations
without the need for a legitimate warrant. The agent can and is not afraid to cause any
sort of trouble to try and drag you into it such as staging fights, horrendously loud music,
breaking glass and damaging any sort of property… they are really good at damaging
property. Again when you see this type of activity taking place it is out of frustration and
you need to be on your guard. Things to look for are things out of the ordinary. If before
when you came home no one was outside and now someone always is, then you know
why.

Another one is blinds open, chair next to window, and a male sitting in chair, face next to
window staring at you every single time you come home. (see women, afraid of, above—
lol absolutely true.)

As a side note when confronting unusual situations when you know you are under
surveillance, such as say a neighbor having her apartment plate glass window kicked in, it
is much better to dial 911 report it and move-on. Just some friendly advice, this also
applies to off-duty police officers. Also on this note, these agents love to drive around
with parking lights or headlights on during the daytime so that either they can be noticed
right away or;

a.) someone at the motor pool is too stupid to rewire the circuit. (They also all have the exact
same car alarm-we are not talking rocket science)
b.). These agents also love to disconnect one or the other brake lights, parking light, or head.
light, so that they can be noticed right away and they don’t have to worry about whether
you notice them or not, They will drive around like this all day and if you are a police
officer they hope you will stop them so you can be part of their report.
They will use all manner of fictitious plates as it seems that is a huge benefit of creating
Homeland Security, where they can just appropriate what they want from each state without
regard for the law.

They will put on false vanity plates, like the day the agent in charge of this investigation forced
my wife to divorce men for reporting him to Congress and to keep her job. The day she came
home and told me about it, I went outside to get in my car and a vehicle pulled in front of me
with a plate that read “she’s weak”. This is typical behavior from these pricks and stuff that I
have seen all the time, and police officers need to be especially careful, as these losers will
feign being broken down on highways, and streets, and they will walk up and down off ramps
to freeways, etc. And you can be sure that if it will help them in anyway they will commit perjury
when detailing the contact with you. I could go on for hours with the simple simon horseshit that
they pull.

They have the extras which are just regular people and not agents, and you if you are not
looking for these people would never suspect it for a minute. Again at my old department,
veterans would just ride by people stranded on the side of freeways and I could never
understand why. Well it took me a couple of years to realize and understand why and it is
because of these federal agents and their blatant disregard of the truth and their overwhelming
desire to invent cases against people, that you have to experience to believe. Also just to be
concise, they also love to tamper with the exhaust systems on their vehicles and just drive
around and either harass me, lol, or hope to get stopped by an unsuspecting police officer.
They also use people in wheelchairs, posing as crippled and yes their own children to try and
place you into compromising positions. Also being me, you wonder about how some Secret
Service agents can go into a restaurant and be refused service. Well its not because they were
black, or Asian or whatever, its because they act like total fucking shitheads at all times. They
have no fucking earthly clue of how a normal person acts when out in public. Its almost as if
they are from another Goddamn planet. I have been dealing with these losers for years and
the only thing that keeps them from getting in line for the cattle stun gun is their 25 cent fucking
badge or their ID as an extra. The only thing they do is annoy me and anyone else who has to
come into contact with them. The only thing these extras are good for is two bit roles in Night of
the Living Dead movies where they can meander, block, loiter, teach their children to come up
and grab your crotch, and yes even leave their fucking babies alone in strollers in the middle of
malls or beside a swimming pool. These extras and agents I have dealt with do not have much
sense and if they think that getting their kid killed while trying to set you up and prove you are a
homosexual then they will do it without thinking because face it, frankly there is nothing there for
them to think about and consider or weigh the options. I mean it is just a vacant lot, and if you
know who these people are and get close to them they have the 100 yard blank lot look, I mean
there is nobody home and all the fucking lights are out. I am not exaggerating one Goddamn bit.
This goes for their kids too, fucking ruined and mind crippled before age 18. I kid you not. No
Pun Intended. (see extras and obnoxious assholes throughout).

I mean as an aside anywhere these agents or extras show up you can be sure that the place
is quickly turning to shit, whether it be the library, gym, movies, malls, post-office,
whatever. These people as far as I can tell have been innately inbreed with the one desire
and that is to destroy whatever is good in human society. They are nothing but huge
fucking obnoxious assholes and they have no class whatsoever. Again they will take over
places like fucking leopards running wild at the zoo. Again I repeat anything they touch
and anywhere they are is quickly turning to shit.

As noted above it is not common knowledge but the Department of Justice maintains a
large group of people called the “extras”. These are average citizens who are paid to act
and look normal and not stand out in a crowd. They are the people I have noted above
who play as cashiers, waitresses, stranded motorists, etc. There job is to observe and
report to the agent in charge of the investigation. They can and often do fan out in great
numbers and will follow and often as described above attempt to set up people to commit
crimes so that they can report progress being made.
The easiest way to detect this type of surveillance is just to observe the vehicles close to
you, around you, and see who turns and goes where you do. Drive down dead ends and
wait, etc, or as in my case whether the Waffle House suddenly had beautiful waitresses.
This story is a hoot, because I had been going to this Waffle House for years and
suddenly the waitresses were good looking and one had the name of my cat “meowf”, lol
fucking brilliance. Then not only that but she had a voice disorder the same as I once had
and had seen a speech therapist for. Well about a month earlier I had stopped seeing her
.cause I would talk to her for hours and she would write everything down, but that was it,
.no therapy, lol. Well apparently these “agents” got a hold of all these notes and thought it
would be a good idea if I went back to see her, lol, again you simply cannot make this
.
shit up. Fucking losers. (see also Patriot Act, what a great idea)
And finally observe whether when you go into stores whether your cashiers are the
normal ones or whether you see people rushing into a store ahead of you, that’s always a
.good sign. (see also Obnoxious Assholes).
Home: Again if you own a home, you can expect that the agent also wants to be a
homeowner, next to you. If you become aware that you are under this surveillance you
need to observe the traffic in and out of the homes around you as you come and go.
Depending on the level of frustration of the agent you can expect to find various items in
your yard from time to time. You can also expect pets to disappear and in one case
reappear 6 months later. You further can expect vehicles loaded with all kinds of
equipment and/or trailers to be parked directly in front of your home for long periods of
time because hey the FBI knows your a thief even if you won’t steal from them. The
funny thing about this vehicle is I thought it was the neighbors and they thought it was
mine. If you walk your dog on a dead end street where no one else ever does, you can be
sure that once you are under surveillance you will suddenly have more dog walkers than
residents. In other words these agents often do not make a great effort to blend or fit in,
often they just come right out and expect you to accept them. I caution to always be(
aware of your surroundings and location and put in proper context what you are seeing
and where. You can also expect numerous instances of property damage inside your
home directly facilitated by the agent in charge your investigation, such as the attempted
cutting down of an 80 year tree blocking said agents line of sight. Also if you are
extremely lucky and manage to piss an agent off so completely, you might be able to
actually watch him tear down a house that was being used for surveillance.

**I’m going to stop here and add something and that is is 2 years in dealing with these agents
in the early 90’s and now 2 years and 1 wife and child less later, I have yet to have once ever in
my life been charged, questioned, indicted, or more importantly once, ever have seen a warrant
whatsoever for anything. That’s why when I speak of these people it is in the morst harsh terms
reserved for the most subhuman elements possible. These people not only act in a lawless
manner at all time, anyone acting at their direction does and acts the exact same way as in all of
the matter I cover here. The people I have seen and come into contact are not only criminal they
know no other way to operate, it is simply beyond their comprehension. Go back to the first few
paragraphs where I said they took a 13 year old child, straight A student, and set her up so they
could swear her to silence..............................

These agents are not adverse to committing crimes on behalf of the Federal Government.
They will use any manner of service vehicles to include public utility vehicles, ambulances,
cable and satellite installation vehicles, etc. Nothing is off limits including police, EMT, and fire
department vehicles, again, depending on the integrity of your municipality. As I was saying
these agents are not adverse to committing crimes on behalf of the Federal Government.
I cannot stress this enough.

Cell phones are completely tappable at whim by the federal government and now with the
Patriot Act its just a joke. I have read that prepaid phones cannot be tapped. Well I have had
one, a Tracphone for one year and I can tell you that not only is it tapped, you will only receive
phone calls and messages approved by the Justice Department and whatever criminal is
working your case, to include family members. These cocksuckers don’t care who they harm,
maim, or … murder. I fully believe that.
If your wife is foreign born and has no incriminating information to reveal about you then
you can be sure that she will be harassed day and night by federal agents at her place of
work and anywhere else. If she works for the government she will be accused of being a
spy or disloyal to her Country. Her citizenship as well as that of her daughter will be
unjustly questioned. In fact she will be at the least mentally raped over and over for a
period of one year by out of control federal agents sanctioned at the highest level of the
Federal Government.

I won’t go into the agent who invited himself to Thanksgiving dinner.
I’m going to divulge probably the most important information in this letter, and that is
that these Federal Agents, whether FBI or Secret Service are simply not that bright. Yeah
sure they went to college and to the FBI Academy. I say so what. From what I have seen
they are experts at terrorizing and I mean terrorizing women and children and destroying.

children in the schoolyard and threaten to harm, kill you, your spouse, or even your child. I say
props to them, Other than that I have dealt with these people one on one for years. They are
human, they panic, and unfortunately they lie and commit perjury all too often, and if you file a
complaint against them, they lose it, because they are unprofessional to their core. When you
deal with these agents be respectful and courteous (not like in this letter) and ask for a lawyer,
but do not be intimidated or believe that they are some higher power because they are not.
From what I have experienced first hand the only real power these agents have is to gather
information in secret or to set you up for a crime and then use it as blackmail against you, your
friends or family. The other documented method is to cause as much personal or property harm
as possible, up to and including death. In this way they accomplish their goals no matter how
many lives they destroy or the width of the path of destruction. They simply do not care.
Let me tell you something else and that is when they think they “got it” and “its the one”,
they will utterly shit themselves when you refuse to be blackmailed and tell them to go
fuck themselves, which I did. And when you report the blackmail of you by the FBI to
the FBI they will utterly soil themselves, force your wife of ten years to divorce you,
follow you around for another year spreading any kind of heinous rumor about you. Not to
mention what they did to a child because they thought it was funny.

Just say No to blackmail and tell these agents, the Federal Government, the FBI, the
Department of Homeland Security, and the Secret Service all to go fuck themselves.
