I've replaced all my drinking liquids with Apple Juice not from concentrate but Fresh Pressed from COSTCO, except my mornin EXTRA EXTRA LARGE COFFEE (24 oz. cup), I nurse throughout the day and even reheat! I feel better than I've ever felt in my whole life! My lungs are clearing, and I could pick up a house with my bare bank account! I've perfected beating the chem and shit in the water, DON' Drink IT unless it's filtered and boiled! I jogged 6 miles a day for almost 20 years until I found regiments that were less stressful and more better! I am! LIFE is fore the living and LOVE is for the GIVING! You will feel like you own your life, and you do!
Plus suplements of B-100, Cal Magnesium, CoQ10, Greentea extract, and a few others. I do miss my regimen of Wheatgrass Juice 2 oz. a day, though not found locally. This is how I was raised to appreciate Ben Franklin- instead of an APPLE a day- Juice it up! You'll say, why didn't I do this earlier and start an Orchard. I don't drink anything else. I don't have to and don't want to!
