Welcome to MY world! I've been dealing with a lying, cheating, mortgage company and their attorney. The process server out and out LIED about service and the attorney lied about some other things. Unfortunately, for them, I have absolute proof of their lies. Unfortunately for me, the judge will take their side because THAT'S where the money is.

Scream, shout, yell, call, email and write to your reps in every level of the Government. I have been doing that for months and there is now an investigation (finally) underway of the mortgage company. Too late to save me, but maybe it will save the next person.
