Musician practice hall to debut for their friends with Espresso and Food.
Planetarium for stargazing.
Photography, Recording and Video Production.
Web based broadcast of local Artist/Musicians and their material.
Yoga exercise studio.

This IS an offer with the space to give you a break on rent, while staking your claim to the aspect of your interest!
I offer this perspective with the following needs.
You'd have your own room (2 upstairs) at lowered rents of $275 and $250, month to month.
In tandem work a schedule to completing phases we work out together.
The rent will provide expenses and materials.

The goal here IS to create market venues long lost before the Airwaves were commandeered buy the corporate business world, when local talent was cut out of access to the community and template the vision Nation Wide as the alternative to the crashing economy!
