When it achieves 100 million Dollars in Ticket sales ($100 dollars from a million Constitutionalist or so on), 50- million dollar "WINNERS" 1 each state every month, 12 months continuous, 50 million for the winning lottery of the chosen- "who's innovation IS next in WIN LOTERY", New Home Grown Funded from the ground up, Businesses. Oh, with Tiers down to 500- $10,000 "WINNERS", 5 each state every month. PLUS that would be a guarantied million dollar "WINNER" every month in EVERY STATE 12 TIMES a YEAR PLUS, the TIERS with 50 million dollars and counting New Company Builders! EVERY MONTH, 1 in every state per, month continuous!!!
