The federal government needs to dismantle this agency tomorrow. The agency won't respond to email; they don't have anyone on their hotline who can help you; and the website is either out of service or not updated.
What other agency in the world would get away with this?
I feel sorry for the veterans who are returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq. I would never discourage anyone from serving because I was proud to do so, but don't expect much help from the VA. You're on your own.
