Craft, Designs of mediums from Ham Radio and Web Broadcast, Craftsman, Fashion, Food, Literature, Makeup, Models, Music, Photography/Video Recording, Poetry, Seamstress-ing, AI-(Assimilated Intelligence) Software Development, and most any medium not addressed.

Contributions: Expected & Necessary- Your minimum rent (your rent is negotiated between you & Rooster) starting from $50 to $700 a month depending on whether you want one of the 3 Guest Houses deigned to suit to sharing a room with bunks, from either a full/part time outside employment or the option of Producing Marketable items in the Warehouse. Food & Dinning as agreed/desired. Full Time Outside Employed allows for a couple hours a week to help out, with Part Time Outside Work 4-8 hours a week helping out. My Personal Peeps/assistants will be there with me in all phase processes no rent, Appreciated & most likely spoiled fashionista, nerds & nymphs (at least 18+).
All accomplished proceeds pay the Mortgage/Rent/Utilities with Profits Divisible'd EQUALY.
