Your equipment is at our Portland location and is ready to be picked up. You can come in any time Monday - Friday: 9am - 7pm, Saturday: 10am - 5pm, Sunday: 12pm - 5pm.
If you would like, you can first visit our Help Desk page to schedule a free appointment with one of our Help Desk Technicians upon pickup. This may be advantageous if you have detailed questions about the repair or would like assistance with anything else to get you up and running again.
If you have declined your repair, you have the choice of picking up your equipment or having us recycle it for you. If you choose to have us recycle your equipment please reply to this email giving us your permission to do so.*
