They're an engineered mite that can transport dimensionally back with the absconded victim in an engineered water molecule.
They look like small inky black/blue ju ju's and in fact are navigating a water molecule and once one can travel back with the abducted, others have a pathway to join and traverse the victim when the pathway is usually opened during it's victims REM. They travel to the skin and absorb into the hairs follicle on the skin to reproduce. This is an engineered pest found only on the reptilian & or rouge Grays. The cocksuckers waste nothing in their arsenal to dislodge their victim from the grasp on their ass.
