FOW- Rates

Unemployment rates went up in half the states last month, Only 96,000 jobs were created, (GASP).. and revisions reducing the previous two months by 40,000, However the employment rate is still at 8.1 , which is because last month 368,000 people gave up looking period. true unemployment is approximated at about 15, to 16 percent.
But on a different note President Obama stated yesterday his biggest failure was not getting imigration reform done...?????
