- We believe in and support a strict interpretation of the United States Constitution. We are a constitutional republic, not a democracy.
- We favor the election of all judges, with the exception of the Federal Bench. We favor a term of 10 years for any Federal judgeship.
- We favor the fully informed jury amendment as a safeguard to our precious constitutional rights.
- We favor and support the right of individuals of good moral character to sit for a state bar exam, regardless of how their legal education was obtained. We further favor and support the right of non-lawyers to seek judicial office. Common sense should be the main qualification for any judgeship. We recognize the need for lay judges and point to the fact that many former members of the United States Supreme Court never attended law school.
- We favor repeal of the income tax, also known as the 16th Amendment.
- We favor the right of law abiding citizens to own firearms. Furthermore, we oppose the so-called gun control laws, which only aim to disarm honest citizens.
- We are opposed to the American Bar Association because of their efforts to create a monopoly in the legal profession. We believe an open market is the best way to encourage a fair and honest legal system. We condemn the arbitrary and capricious actions of the American Bar Association in trying to keep the legal profession one for only the chosen. We will work to accredit all academically qualified law schools which have been rejected by the ABA.
- We provide an alternative to the American Bar Association and offer legal professionals an organization that truly stands for Constitutional principles and limited government.
- We believe it is important to bring knowledge of the law to all Americans. Since ignorance of the law is no excuse, it is imperative that every American possess a basic knowledge of the law.
- We believe in respect for God, family Country and flag. We favor traditional family values. We recognize America as a Christian nation, ordained by God. We are opposed to tax codes which penalize married couples and punish single individuals.
- We believe in and recognize our own Constitution and Christian principles and ignore the World Court, as well as world opinion.
- We support capital punishment. We favor the repeal of Roe v. Wade. Abortion is a state question, not a Federal question. Further, we are opposed to partial birth abortions.
- We call for the abolishment of the Department of Education and the Department of Energy, and are opposed to big government at the local, state and federal levels.
- We favor an immediate halt to illegal immigration. We must protect our borders. At a time in our history, when the security of America is at stake, we must use all methods available to protect the boundaries of our Nation. We strongly oppose any legislation or treaties which jeopardize our national sovereignty.
- We favor private property rights and are opposed to any new or old idea to confiscate the property of our citizens under the guise of additional tax revenue or so-called community development.
THE UNITED STATES BAR ASSOCIATION believes the law is everyone's business. Our present legal system is broken and needs to be fixed! We must put an end to this illegal monopoly and return to constitutional government. Unscrupulous judges and lawyers have tried to destroy our great Constitution and national sovereignty. We need to return our legal profession to the days when attorneys and counselors were the bulwarks of freedom who actually defended their clients and never compromised time-honored principles. Only by returning to those standards can we save America from the present legal oligarchy.
