First of all to start this off let me tell you that I would not conceder myself nor my wife to being generally predigest by nature, but to some.....YES we would be considered to be somewhat predigest by leaning towards the American way of life in this great nation.. We love this country with all or hearts and down to our very souls and that is a fact...... however we have taken this abuse from this administration on the immigration issues long enough and it is time....no past time to take a stand on these immigration issues that I am about to mention.
I am appalled with the way people are reacting to these immigration bills that are being looked at by several states now. It truly amazes me how blinded some of the American people have become. I have traveled to a few places all over the world and lived shortly in a few, but most all of my life I lived in Tucson, Arizona; SO........I have seen first hand what has happened to my state in the last 30 years.
I like most all of true Americans, don't care if you're Mexican, Lebanese, Chinese, Australian, African or.......whatever. But most all fell that if you want to live here or even visit America, do it LEGALLY and then I like most of my fellow Americans as Arizonans included: WELCOME YOU!!!
Lets face it.........Being "politically correct" these days........is pointless. No matter how you state anything, you will offend someone. So, instead of calling the people that come across our borders illegally, illegal aliens, I will call them exactly what they are, being not Americans and since being in the U.S. without written permission is a crime, they are simply non-American criminals (NACs).
Every year, unfortunately, NACs die in our deserts sneaking across the border. The reason is they are told by Coyotes (human smugglers) that it is a rather easy walk across the desert from the border to Tucson, when the "FACT IS" one cannot carry enough water for the journey, and they parish with dehydration and heat stroke which literally cooks the brain. By forcing those to do it legally, you can stop a lot of unnecessary horrible deaths.
My beloved desert has been ruined. It is impossible to explain the destruction that has been done by NACs. Literally mountains of trash, feces, clothes, backpacks and water bottles, trampled vegetation that goes on for miles. One just could not imagine the destruction and devastation that has been done. We have to fight countless wildfires in our pristine canyons and mountains. The cost of those alone is in the many millions every year, not to mention how it is putting our beloved firefighters in harm way. So what hasn't been trampled or cut down for firewood, get burned by wildfires, hundreds of acres a year. I know this to be fact, I am a big outdoorsman, and it breaks my heart to see such senseless devastation to MY land. Don't believe me? Come here and I'll show you.
My children attend public school because I do not have the money to send them to a private school. I have to pay, in my property and business taxes, for their schooling. There are thousands, of NAC's children attending Arizona schools and millions attending schools across the nation, and guess what? They don't pay a dime for the education of their children. Now, our state (and yours) governments wants to raise our taxes by as much as 18% to help fund our schools. Who do you think is going to pay for that, the "American taxpayer" that's who.
The amount of money that this state has to pay for hospital visits by NACs is in the tens of MILLIONS each year. This is not fair to the American people that do have to pay for their health coverage.
It is illegal (and immoral) to turn anyone away for a medical emergency however the amount of money we pay each year in welfare medical benefits to NACs is in the hundreds of MILLIONS across this nation, and soon in the VERY near future BILLIONS!!! And where does this money come from, again the American citizens' taxes.
Do you know that if an American citizen needs to receive welfare benefits that they MUST show a birth certificate, picture ID, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP? Now wouldn't you think that "any" court in the nation would conceder that discrimination for someone else to not have too, especially if that person IS NOT a citizen of this country?
Arizona, like most of our other states, has a large deficit. By forcing NACs to either become legal, non-American visitors, (NAVs) or leave, OR get in line like our ancestors did.....when they brought their families to the U.S. My great grand parents landed in New York in 1869 from Ireland where my Scottish great grandmother (a Campbell) was swept off her feet by my Great grandfather who was a blacksmith and they eloped to the USA.
We can then solve a very large portion of our deficit problem in not only this state, but this entire nation.
NAV's will now contribute to our economy by paying their share of taxes and being taxed for the money earned here, could you imagine the revenue that would generate alone to help this very fragile economy instead of looking the other way and allowing it eventually breaking or backs.
The NAC's who are terrorizing our state and putting our citizens in harm's way will be caught and held accountable and/or deported for their actions while in this country.
I personally know a half dozen people who have been in car accidents where a NAC were at fault. Some were minor and there was no injuries just a loss of property that never gets paid back because you cannot track someone down that has no SS# drivers license and so do you really believe that the NAC has insurance?!!!....On the other hand, Do you know how many people have been seriously injured and even killed by NACs in car accidents? Want to know what happens to the NAC.... Absolutely nothing!!! Can't sue then of nothing, can't put them in jail unless it is an alcohol or drug related innocent. Why, because they just go right back across the border to avoid prosecution and go "Scott Free" of a surly an incident where one should be held accountable, while another persons or even an entire family's life in this country....has been shattered......forever!!!
Another fact -- More Americans have been killed by NACs than were killed on 9-11 by ten folds so Why, are they not considered terrorists?
Google Murders in the southwest and see what you find. You will find that it is at least 80% NAC. This is not a racial statement, it is a fact. And if you think it is bad here...... Look at the stats on murders in the L.A. area alone and see how many felony murder warrants issued in L.A. County sheriff's office are for illegals. While you're at it Google Arizona gangs...see what pops up!!! ~~~~~Out of sight out of mind........HUH!!!~~~~
NACs come here and take our jobs by working for half the wage. How can they allow them to do this? Why are there not harsher criminal charges fines or penalties for those who hire these types of employees for at least tax evasion alone? To hire an NAC means you don't have to pay taxes on them, any kind of insurance, or benefits to them or any government inanities or Insurances Company's on that employee. Also in Mexico the average labor position pays and they are more than willing to work for "THREE" dollars for an entire eight hour day, four in the summertime when the days are longer. I know, I lived in interior Mexico down towards Cancun, Cozumel Island area for awhile.
Now what do you think an eight dollar an hour job (under the table so it's twelve) will do for them.....they have found a Utopia in this nation of wealth....... and are taking full advantage of it at your expense.
So, this illegal situation also puts tax paying American citizens.....out of work. And do we get ANY relief from or president who tells everyone that he is trying to create jobs.....HELL NO!!! He fights us tooth and nail on every and all border and immigration issues, just to get the Hispanic voters......What does THAT ALONE tell you about the numbers of legal Hispanics here already who are ALL FOR this "LA RAZA" or "the race" as they themselves promote with great fierceness, that is overrunning this nation's borders.
They always say that the NACs are taking the jobs that we don't want. Whoever believes that, I have some ocean front property here in Arizona that I would love to sell you. The simple fact is........less than .01% of the Hispanic population coming into this country is quote......'working the fields". As for them filling most hotel and restaurant lower staff positions that whites don't want.....are you telling me that Joe and Linda Smith would not take that job when they both lost their jobs and are facing foreclosure and are about to lose everything...Damn right they would so.....I'm not buying it!!!
I have also heard that NACs come here because they are "fleeing" their country to save their lives because of the corruption or government or other sources of persecution, or because they are simply starving. There are NO welfare or family assistance programs anywhere in Mexico, so if you're hungry it really quite simple, you will work...or die, they do not care either way.
They say they are coming to America for a chance to live and have families or for a better life and to become an American..... So, if they really believe this, why are they always so proudly flying the Mexican flag with pride and then organizing mobs in our capitals protesting immigration and spitting and wiping their feet (among other things) on the American Flag? Google and see for yourselves the way they treat the very flag that our ancestors fought and died for. They might have given us the right to protest and to gather in protest.......however what do you think of the freedom for one to deliberately defecate on this nation is worth?.... Sorry I see that and my blood boils and I truly want to say "piss on it" and beat them within an inch of their lives,...Sorry but yes I lost loved ones in wars that died for that exact privilege to do so.
Plus if you ask me, if they are "starving', why not head east or west instead of north. There are beautiful natural pastures in interior Mexico that spread for hundreds of miles that are prime spots for either growing huge crops of whatever you want or raising and supporting many different kinds of livestock. Why do they NOT make Mexico into a great nation in itself, they certainly have the resources to do for themselves. And one more thing to point out is all the thousands of miles of tropical beaches and coastlines, masses of plentiful wild life in the waters on both sides filled with fish and countless other marine life to eat and not to mention....... the many thousands of jobs created on those very beaches because of...... AMERICAN TOURISM!!!
Let's move onto some laws...... It is a federal law that if you have been convicted of a felony you cannot carry a firearm. Even if you are not a resident of Arizona and are stopped by ANY of our many branches law enforcement officers, and you are a felon in possession of a firearm, you will be arrested and imprisoned.
Possession, transportation and sale of marijuana, heroin, meth, cocaine, etc crossing any state or national border are a federal crime. Again, any Arizona law enforcement officer can arrest you.
If you kidnap someone in California driving a blue Taurus and come to Arizona (crossing state lines in any crime is a federal offense), an Arizona officer can pull over EVERY blue Taurus they see, interrogate you and search your car and arrest you if you are the kidnapper....AMBER ALERT LAW.
My point -- Our laws whether Federal or State are required by our government to be upheld without question.... (United State Code title 18).
My son, as a teenager, wore baggy jeans, ICP tee shirts and had long hair for a few years. He would be stopped and questioned by the police when all he was doing was walking down the street or driving to the store. Was he breaking the law? No.... Is this a violation of his civil rights? No...... It is the police officers familiarizing themselves with the people on "his beat" and in our community and doing what we pay them to do, keep our streets safe and that is all.
By law, I must always carry ID with me when I am outside of my home. If I do not have ID with me, I can be ticketed and/or detained for further questioning if any of the information given seems suspicious. So, the immigration law says that people have to prove that they are American citizens, how is that different than the ID law? If NACs don't have to prove who they are, and find it to be against the constitution of these United States then I am the one being discriminated against if I am obligated to do so when I am questioned or I'll be detained period.
If I commit a crime, whether state or federal law, I will be arrested. NACs can break our laws and get away with it by being detained and then released back into Mexico, to then come back in again, over and over. Again............I am the one being discriminated against.
PAPERS.......If I want to visit Mexico, I MUST have a passport. If I do not have one, the Mexican authorities will stop you within 15 miles across the border and send you back to America or arrest you. And yet immigrants are upset and demand a "change in procedure" if we want to do the same thing to them?!!!!...Again....NOT buying that one either,
I have heard people saying that this new state law SB1070 would ruin relations with Mexico. Please, tell me, what has Mexico or their deeply corrupt government EVER done for us? I seriously would like to know.
I hear people saying that Mexicans are the only NACs that are going to be affected by this law. Well, we don't have Cubans, Canadians or any citizens from other countries coming across our southern border. If we did pass said laws, it would apply to them too.
I hear people saying that their families won't be able to visit anymore. NACs pay $1000s to coyotes (people smugglers) to get them across the border. Have any of them ever researched what it takes to get a Visa? There is an UNLIMITED amount of Visa's available for families of American citizens who want to come here and visit.....the cost is $355.00 and a three week wait......However do you know who can't get a Visa? People who:
Have been convicted of an aggravated felony, commit fraud, drug offenders, or people coming here for the sole purpose of prostitution. If you think these people should be allowed to stay and promote those qualities here in the states, let us know where you live and we will send them your way at once.
I hear people say that our officers don't know how to enforce a law such as this without violating civil rights. Do you know that Homeland Security is REQUIRED to train our officers to do just this?!!! (United States Code title 6)
As for the fox in our henhouse here in Ariz: state reprehensive Raul Grijalva (D)......well actually it is Ralph Grijalva, he changed his name to make himself sound more Hispanic to get more Hispanic voters....told you he was a fox!!!
I have A Question to the American people......... What if President Obama went on National TV and told every country not to do business with the United States, that they should boycott us? What would be the reaction of the American people? This nation would hang that SOB from the biggest tree in the White House front lawn......
SO.........what gives Raul Grijalva the right to say this "crapola" about our State, and call for an all out Boycott on Arizona. Wasn't he elected by the AMERICAN people, to serve ARIZONA CITIZENS??!!!! He cares more about NACs than he does for the safety and well being of our legal American citizens. THAT IS RACISM!!! I look forward to the day (in the very near future) when he is thrown out of office on his ear.
Then there's that damn traitor bitch.......That sold her State out!!! (sorry) Yes our beloved EX- governor Janet Napolitano that was a front runner in fighting for securing our states southern border .....With National Guard troops if necessary....... suddenly after taking a vacation to D.C. and pow-wowing a cushy federal job of O.H.S. and taking her place with the other misfits and criminals on this presidents administration. NOW.... she is Obama's mouthpiece to the nation. The ONLY thing you will hear out of her mouth is...like you were pulling the string on a doll that talks and says the same three sentences over and over....THE BOURDER IS SECURE, and it has never been this secure that it is right now...WTF!!! Again you believe that and I still got that bridge in Ariz to sell you.
Tell you what.......... How about we boycott Mexico? No American tourism in Mexico will bring them to their knees and then, maybe they will respect us and our laws.
I have been a Democrat my entire life. I yes... I voted for Obama. I have to say, not many people that I know did. I can say that within his first year, I had realized that I had made a mistake....he had lost my vote. I expect the president of the United States of America to protect fellow Americans and the rights of Americans to be safe and secure in their own country.
This is just the tip of the iceberg. I could write a book on the ways NACs are harming America and her people.
However.......I couldn't write a SINGLE SENTENCE on the ways they are helping us.
To the people who do not live in Arizona or close to any Mexican border, open your eyes and learn the facts before you judge us..........Thank You!!!
