You choose to bypass the main point of that post, two well-seasoned and obviously intelligent men discussing chemtrails among various other matters, and want to open a can of worms over an image?

Well then. How about this video detailing how 747's were equipped with that same patented equipment so spray Correxit over the oil spill in the Gulf a short time ago? They aren't just using this dispersal equipment for spraying fire retardant obviously. I thought I came across an article detailing how there were 10,000 or something along those lines of planes being outfitted with these sprayers. Do we need 10,000 firefighting planes? I don't think so. Someone is obviously using that patent for dispersing other substances, such as Correxit.

The answer is NO it does NOT. This photo is all over the internet. Yet, if anyone would bother to do a simple patent search to verify the claim, they would find it to be: "A method and apparatus for aerial fire suppression"

A simple Google patent search of patent 7413145 shows the following:

A method and apparatus for aerial fire suppression utilizing a potable fire retardant chemical dispensing system, readily adaptable, without extensive aircraft modification, to various makes of aircraft, for dispensing current types of forest and range fire fighting chemicals. The aerial delivery system is self contained and reusable. It enables cargo/utility aircraft to carry and dump a load, under control. The aerial delivery system is capable of attachment at the wing box, pressurized delivery from the nozzles, and nozzles directed straight downward.
