Hi ( ), we're Nora&Russ and Charlie

We're South Of Foster Road and North of Woodstock on SE 65th..

Nora is a classically trained pianist prodigy (Age 4), taught grade school for 7 years and now works in Medicare Insurance for a Major Hospital.

Russ (Rooster Woodstock) toured 16 years during the 60/70's instrument playin/lead singer Classic Rock at the top 40 circuit, operated and owned Club Bar, Gourmet Restaurant (Ventura, CA), owned Limousines, is an Artisan, Master Chef, Photographer/Videographer, Shaman, Toy company for BIG kids and Writer of Sci-Real, and has embarked upon many recording faucets of work.

Charlie is a long loved family friend with a strong Spirit and Defibrillator Heart.

No Pets. our neighborhood pets keep us entertained and loved as does the birds we feed.

If you like gardening, we have and are replacing the last greenhouse kit with a more durable one. The wind last year destroyed the kit.

We bike (downtown in 20-25 minutes time), we smoke Nora tobacco & Russ herb and tobacco on the ground floor our domicile, we're routine oriented bed by 9pm and up by 5am TGIF off weekends. Saturday  we do nothing but fun, lazing, movies and shopping mostly and Sunday we go to do the laundry.

Russ will entertain you with his dreams for the property, music etc. and a possible rent break for your help.

If you have interior decor ideas Russ would love your input for second floor baths, balcony,  kitchen addition, another entrance and Planetarium on the 3rd floor! Don't have a 3rd floor yet though.

We don't offer laundry yet, we use one a few blocks West on Woodstock gist before REED COLLEGE.

Great neighborhood with large water Park at 72nd, due East from the house 7 blocks.

We've rented happily for years to students/transplants!

Share bath and upstairs has a mini kitchenette microwave, mini-oven & wave confection oven.

We have 2 Rooms Available

1. $500 Master bedroom, (with Cable, Internet and Utilities included). Room faces West is 13'x11', wood floors and 2 walkin closets with Windows facing West.

2. $450 (with Cable, Internet and Utilities included). Room faces East, is 11'x11'. Room with blue carpeted over new/old never been walked on wood floors and 2 reach in closets with Windows  facing East.
