Talking Points Memo reports it thusly: "Issa Signals Contempt Proceedings Against Holder Over Fast And Furious." Daily Caller describes it as "Issa takes step toward holding Holder in contempt of Congress." The letter they refer to can be seen in the first link below. Of course we've been here before. Somebody wake me up when they actually DO something about the links to DHS, FBI, and the White House.
