invent anything and you are rich

get a part in a movie and you are rich
start a company and you are rich
get through medical or law school and bingo, rich
work your as off and you are rich
superior effort, intelligence, luck, guts, gumption, greed and you are rich
stupid you are poor
lazy you are poor
inferior you are poor
bad luck you are poor
