Wouldn't that be an acceptable mandate to replace Toilets that suck taxed beyond recognition TAX DOLLARS Water to BIO-Degradable Enzymes that kick out Bricks of Safe to handle Fertilizing Soil to use in the garden. These technologies exist. We paid NASA to Produce. Gist not for our usage! I guess that TAXED WATER USAGE is far more valuable. PLUS, the guv-mint don't want us collecting GASES already wasted in the environment to generate POWER!
