I've owned my home for 5 years, never went a month without making a full payment and all of the sudden BOA is sending collectors to my door, wont allow me to make online payments and when I call to inquire I'm greeted with 'We are a debt collector and this call will be recorded' Recently I was informed via US mail BOA had assigned me a 'new' account manager and when I've spoke to him, he informed me BOA can / will come onto / into my property at anytime due to it's their property, not mine. Marlon the 'new' account manager has even requested I pay May's payment, in fact that was the second thing he said to me, right after he was a debt collector. I request Marlon review my account, perhaps there was a mistake.
So far I've been provided a letter stating I've always been current with this loan, a history of where my funds are being applied but yet each week something new 'pops' up via phone or in person at my front door.
